After a horrible heartbreak from another dealership I was referred to Tim at Garber. When we arrived and met Tim my husband and I felt very comfortable talking with him. He took the time to get to know us and find out what I was looking for. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. Even though it was closing time he did not rush us. I was not ready to make a decision and he did not push me to make any decisions that night. My husband and I returned the next evening and Tim stayed well past his time to leave to help me get into a vehicle that I was bound to drive/own. Thank you Tim! And the one time there was an issue, they went above and beyond to right the situation and prove that they know vehicles, and customer service.
