I don't know about the sales department but the service department is great! Like all dealerships they are more expensive than a mom and pop shop would be but they are very knowledgeable. The service writers do what they can to save you money and the technicians know what they're doing.

Best dealership my wife and I have ever been to. Bill our sales man was very personable and never made us feel unimportant even though we were only buying a used vehicle under $10,000. Everyone there made you feel very comfortable. Randy (salesman/finance) Jamie (salesmanager) and Steve (general manger). All great people. We highly recommend this dealership. Thanks again guys!Okay, 3 months or so ago I bought a used truck from here and there was a noise coming from the engine. Sounded like a loud ticking. They assured me that it was just a vacuum leak and it would be easy to fix. "Don't worry about it" they say "our mechanic checked it out". Well no it is not a vacuum leak. The manifold is warped and the air leak is coming from there. Apparently these trucks have had this well known issue. Also 2 weeks after the purchase I find out that I have to replace my lower ball joints. I know I bought a used truck, I get it, but your "mechanic" looks like he sprayed a lubricant on the front end to hide the nasty sound that came from the ball joints. Just sucks knowing that I got duped. I was in a tough spot and really needed a vehicle. Still really like the establishment just won't do another used vehicle from there.
