First the service tech who was replacing a new tire broke the tire sensor. Then it took almost 3 weeks with me continuously calling to see when it will be delivered. Different excuses each time. Communication is extremely poor. Once in William was quite helpful.

I feel they did do a good job only down fall is a service of this size should have a working grease gun to be able to be able to do a lub service on trucks that need it.
